Obama's limo reportedly sidelined in Israel by fuel mixup

President Obama’s heavily armored limousine was sidelined in Israel today after the diesel-powered vehicle was inadvertently filled with gasoline, according to Israeli media reports. The News 24 Israeli News agency posted images of the 16,000 pound vehicle being carried on the back of a flatbed truck.

A secret service spokesperson confirmed to a White House pool reporter that the vehicle suffered a malfunction, but would not say if misfueling was the cause. The President was not in the car at the time of the incident.

No Way! They carry their own fuel for vehicles and airplanes, no matter where in the world they go. Also, they take their own food, water and whatever else they need. The 'team' will never resupply or buy anything in other countries and they always more than one vehicle with them. Actually, there were two people in the background - Bush 43 and Romney were causing mayhem and practical jokes. Drive vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high!

We had to turn on the ignition to prove the level. Obama and secret service vehicles fall under Air Force regulations, so requiring fuel when they landed is the norm not the exception.
